Technical regulation - a law of Ukraine or a normative legal act adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which defines the characteristics of products or the processes or methods of production associated with it, as well as requirements for services, including relevant provisions, the observance of which is mandatory. It may also contain requirements for terminology, designations, packaging, labeling and labeling that apply to a particular product, process or method of production.
